These terms are an agreement between you and Rocky Mountain Apps LLC ("we") for your use of CareLaunch.

CareLaunch is record-keeping software, not legal advice. The readiness score, checklist, state rules, reminders and survey packet are tools to help you organise your own records. They are built from each state's published home care rules, which change; they do not guarantee any survey or licensing result and do not replace reading your state's rules or getting professional advice. CareLaunch is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to any state licensing agency or government body.

Your account

Keep your password safe; you are responsible for activity on your account. You must be able to form a binding contract and have the right to store the information you enter about your employees. Do not store Social Security numbers, and never enter client names or any health information: clients are recorded by initials and dates only. Client street addresses are optional; you decide whether storing them is right for your agency (see the Privacy Policy on HIPAA).

Scheduling

The schedule checks shifts against the state rules and the records you have entered, but it is a planning tool. It is not electronic visit verification (EVV), payroll or billing software, and it does not replace your own judgment about who is qualified and safe to send. Overtime warnings follow the federal 40-hour week; your state may have stricter rules. Distances and travel times are straight-line estimates.

Your data

Your records belong to you. You can export them at any time and delete your account from Settings. We use them only to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Trials, plans and billing

New accounts get a 14-day trial. There is no free plan. Paid plans renew monthly or yearly until cancelled and are billed by Stripe. When a trial or plan ends, your records become read-only until you choose a plan; they are not deleted. Payments are not refunded for partial periods, except where the law requires. Prices may change with 30 days' notice.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, try to reach other customers' data or overload it.

Availability and liability

We work to keep CareLaunch available and your data safe, but the service is provided "as is". Keep your own copies of records you are legally required to retain. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for fines, penalties, citations, licensing or survey outcomes, or lost profits.

Changes

We may update these terms and will email you about material changes. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA.
