What counts toward the staff and client limits?
Staff with the status Active or On leave, and clients who are Active or On hold. Former staff and discharged clients stay on file for the surveyor but do not count toward your plan.
Can I switch plans?
Yes, any time from Settings. Changes are prorated by Stripe.
What if I cancel?
Your records become read-only. You can still view, download the survey packet and export everything. Delete your account from Settings whenever you like.
